| Whether for a national or international delivery we use couriers with great experience. The charges cover complete insurance on the goods. Dal Fior will not be responsible for any damage, loss and expenses suffered because of the non-performance of the contract, due to the above mentioned causes, towards any person concerned, the consumer having just the right of restitution of the paid price. Likewise Dal Fior is not responsible for any fraudulent and illicit use of credit cards, checks and other means of payment that can be done by third parties on payment of the purchased products. As a matter of fact, Dal Fior in any moment of the purchasing procedure can not know the credit card number of the purchaser, that, through the opening of a secure link, is transmitted directly to the bank that manages the service; equally Dal Fior can not check the correctness and lawfulness of the credit instrument that is handed in by the customer upon receipt of the goods. |

On Silvervalery.com it is possible to pay by credit card, through bank transfer or COD (Cash On Delivery). If you would like to pay with your credit card, the order is processed more quickly, as soon as the crediting is confirmed.
In case of payment through bank transfer Dal Fior will wait for the payment to be received before processing the order.
The possibility of payment COD to the carrier is included at the time of the order, but it is limited: the item purchased through this procedure cannot be intended as a gift (it would be very unfair, to receive a gift still to be paid for!); otherwise you can buy with your credit card and you can be charged with the best security as possible. |

The first one identifies how much noble metal there is in the alloy, e.g.: Ag. 800 °/oo indicates 800 parts of pure silver to 1000 ones of metal, therefore 200 parts are made of a non-noble metal. The second punch mark states precisely the city of origin of the manufacture and the laboratory where the item has been created, e.g. VR 1 -> VERONA1. |

How do I keep my solid silver in a good condition?
