| WITHDRAWAL RIGHT |
Should the consumer for any reason be not satisfied with the purchase, he/she has the right of rescinding the drawn-up contract within 10 working days from the day of receipt of the goods, without any penalty and without being asked to specify the reason for his/her withdrawal, as stated by the law.
Silvervalery does more and has increased to 15 working days this right. Therefore the withdrawal will be expressed within the above mentioned term of 15 days through sending by registered letter with advice of receipt to the following address: DAL FIOR MARIO Vicolo Vento 4, 37121 Verona Italy.
Within the same term of 15 days all the purchased goods have to be returned to the sender integral and with their original packaging, completed with any manual and without any fault. The restitution expenses will be paid by the customer.
Once the goods are received, the Dal Fior Firm will send the total amount paid by the consumer within a thirty day term. Should the mentioned amount have been paid by credit card, Dal Fior will credit the same amount to the consumer credit card, through the issuing bank. |

We will use the information you will give only for communicating special news, promotions, offers and new products reviews, articles and news periodically published on eye, only if you do not express the will not to receive any messages from Silvervalery will you automatically not receive anything. The personal data are used for commercial purpose: direct selling, promotional, operational, statistical and credit protection, through processing of beforehand-fixed criteria.
The customer has the right of obtaining without any delay the observance of the following point from the responsible of the processing, Dal Fior Mario firm:
a) the confirmation of the existence of personal data regarding him/herself and the communication of themselves and of their origin as well as of the logic on which the data processing is based.
b) The cancellation, the change into anonymous form or the blocking of the data processed violating the law.
c) The bringing up-to-date and the correction or, should you have an interest in it, of the dta completion.
d) The statement that any instruction above mentioned at paragraphs b) and c) has been communicated to those people who are processing the data, except if should it be impossible or should it involve any mean that is obviously disproportioned compared to the protected right.
e) The faculty of knowing any data processing activity that could concern him/herself, and of opposing the data treatment without any charge, by free admittance to the register according to the art. 31, sub-section 1 par. a) of the law no 675 dated 31.12.96.
